How My iPhone Supported My Business

I had the most productive day ever yesterday. Like seriously. I had a thousand things to do and places to go.

One of my tasks was to go to the bank and open another business account. I had no paperwork and only my wallet. Which made me realize that if you stay ready, you don’t have to get ready.

Here’s what made my trip to the bank easy:

✨ I scanned (actually, it was a pic from my phone) ALL your business documents once they came in the mail and put them on my MacBook Pro in a folder labeled for my business.

✨Since I have an iPhone, iPad, and MacBook Pro, I can save these documents in a hidden folder on my devices and I can access them anytime I need them.

✨All I had to do was send the banker an email with the appropriate docs needed to open my account. Easy peasy.

Digitize Your Business Documents

If you don’t have your docs digitized, do it now! Take a picture and send it to a secure email and create a folder in your email and name it “Business Docs”.

If you are using Apple products like me, you can have all of your documents in the palm of your hand.
